[YONHAP] Prime Minister Han Duck-soo delivers a speech on Thursday to celebrate the 4,356th National Foundation Day at the Sejong Center for the Performing Arts in Jongno District, central Seoul.

"The government and the presidential office have never mentioned a national foundation day, nor have they tried to push for it," a different presidential official told Yonhap News Agency.
