"We've spent more time plowing this year, you know in trucks plowing and taking care of the roads for snow and ice versus the past few years," said NYSDOT Highway Maintenance Supervisor Russel Smith.

The New York State Office of General Services is constructing the building for NYSDOT to better protect the equipment that protects the infrastructure. Currently, all of the plows are stored outside.
