Johns Hopkins baseball can’t afford another loss if it wants to give retiring coach Bob Babb his first national championship.

The Johns Hopkins men's baseball team extended their winning streak to 25 games with a 7-4 victory over Case Western Reserve University in game one of the NCAA Super Regional.

The current NCAA Tournament setup has been that 68 teams qualify. Eight teams play in the First Four, with the four winners moving on to the first round of 64 teams.

The coaches for the Terrapins and Hoyas, who meet in the NCAA tournament quarterfinals Sunday, go back more than a decade.
