We tried this ourselves, and it blocked us from running a game—FIFA 21. That's because by default, the My Documents folder is protected. However, this is easy enough to get around.

It will only have access to Windows user profile folders. That includes most things in your \Windows\Users\<name> directory including your Documents, Pictures, Videos, and Downloads folders.
