On its official site, Harbor Freight sells a specialized motorcycle lift designed to lift a bike up off the ground and allow consumers to conduct maintenance on the unit's lower portion more easily.

Police did not say that this was some sort of scheduled event and did not have a name for the motorcycle group. It's also unclear what motivated the group to lift the railroad crossing arms.
