A Linden woman was the first Michigan Lottery player to become a millionaire in the updated Mega Millions game.

Becker told the Michigan Lottery that he buys a Mega Millions ticket every few weeks. After realizing he won big in October, Becker visited the lottery headquarters in Lansing to claim his prize.

The winner hails from Wayne County, and says they plan on using the money to pay off their home and take a trip.
