Michael Graham-Hyde, 73, hit a man and his dog on the sidewalk around 7:30 p.m. on Thursday after losing control of an SUV traveling westbound on East Wesley Drive in Aurora.

Police say they saw him practicing martial arts in a very slow manner as he walked. They say Graham began hitting and kicking a utility pole, stumbled and laid on the ground.
