The Bistro Group's Tonkatsu by Terazawa is located in Greenbelt 2 beside Italianni's. The restaurant is open from 11 a.m.-12 midnight on Sundays to Thursdays and 11-1 a.m. on Fridays to Saturdays.

It was Tonkatsu 101 at the media launch, where chef Terazawa shared tales, tips and trivia, even some trade secrets, as guests sampled a variety of katsus and other Japanese dishes.
