Master Lock Co.'s 26-acre former industrial complex was sold for $2.6 million. The site's new operator, St. Louis-based Commercial Development Co., plans to redevelop it for industrial businesses.

The property was sold by Master Lock Co. to an affiliate of St. Louis-based Commercial Development Co. for $2.6 million. It once housed 1,300 workers.
