Clinical Clue: Systemic symptoms (e.g., proteinuria, cardiomyopathy). Radiation Colitis: Acute: Crypt atrophy, nuclear atypia, eosinophil-rich inflammation.

Patient 14 had clinical remission on methotrexate 7.5 mg weekly, but when the dose was reduced to 5 mg weekly symptoms recurred. When the dose was increased to 7.5 mg symptoms rapidly resolved again.
