Loh Hei ($38 for two to four persons) is inspired by rojak. Dishes for sharing include Ayam Sioh ($38 for half a chicken) and Peranakan Chap Chye ($30).

The event, which was held at Oceanus Mall on Sunday, saw people lining up beside tables serving yee sang and cheering “loh hei” as they tossed the dish with their chopsticks.
