An anti-racism advocacy group is calling on the United Conservative Party to condemn Islamophobia after an Edmonton mosque received a hateful letter that included the political party's logo.

The Ta-Ha Masjid mosque, which Imam Isa Abdul Kareem founded in 1973 and still leads, is marking its 50th anniversary. It is among the oldest mosques on Long Island.
