Austin-based Castle Hill Partners is behind the development along Grand Parkway in New Caney called The Trails, located about 30 miles northeast of Houston.

Castle Hill Partners is developing a 1,373-acre residential community along the recently completed northeast section of Grand Parkway near Lake Houston Wilderness Park and New Caney.

More than 150 homes have been completed or are under construction in the first phase, which will include 254 homes by builders including Chesmar Homes, Lennar and Coventry Homes.
