X-rays on LeBron James’ sore right big toe were negative, and the Cleveland Cavaliers are hoping their superstar forward doesn’t have to miss any games.

He scored 29 points on 12-of-18 shooting in a blowout loss at Miami, and he followed up with 39 points, 11 assists and 10 rebounds in Atlanta's come-from-behind win over the Lakers last Friday.

That absence also was attributed to his foot injury. James is averaging 23.0 points, 9.1 assists and 8.0 rebounds for the Lakers (13-11), who have lost seven of 10 after a 10-4 start.
