BALTIMORE -- Ramon Laureano and Baltimore agreed Tuesday on a $4 million, one-year contract in another addition to the Orioles' increasingly crowded outfield. The deal includes a team option for 2026.

Laureano got into 67 games and put up a strong line of .296/.327/.505, production that translated to a 129 wRC+.

Laureano on the other hand has a cannon in the outfield. According to Statcast, in 2024 his arm strength came in the 89th percentile, a tremendous difference from even Gurriel Jr.'s production.

The Cleveland Guardians released Laureano on May 25 after he slashed .143/.265/.229 in 83 at-bats. With the Braves, though, Laureano has performed better in a small sample.
