During last month's Annual League Meeting, the NFL owners voted 31-1 in favor of relocating the Raiders from Oakland to Las Vegas. Raiders president Marc Badain added insult to injury Thursday.

The Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign, a hallmark of Googie architecture designed by Betty Willis, was erected in 1959 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2009.
