Conditions were primed for a fast-moving fire to cause heavy damage to a structure and a pair of vehicles Monday afternoon on the banks of Lake Dunlap in Guadalupe County.

A raging inferno that prompted the response of multiple fire departments destroyed a large workshop on Sunday.
