Special Tee Shot, an SNES cartoony golfing game by HAL Laboratory that got cancelled and reworked into Kirby’s Dream Course, has now been made available online in prototype form.
The next game up for scrutiny, Kirby's Dream Course, certainly isn't bad, but it's mild and unassuming next to the rest of the spicy mid-'90s releases stowed on the SNES Classic Edition.
Graphics and music wise Kirby's Dream Course is not the best the SNES has to offer. The graphics are colorful to the point of hurting your eyes, but they match the Kirby theme and are presentable.
Nintendo Switch Online adds three SNES’ Kirby games Kirby Super Star, Kirby's Dream Land 3 and Kirby's Dream Course are available with the basic subscription: you do not need the Expansion Pack.
