Kimberton Whole Foods’ largest store is in Wyomissing, Berks County. The store in the Knitting Mills, which opened in 2022, is 16,500 square feet, with 13,000 square feet being retail space.

Kimberton Whole Foods opened its first Berks County location on Route 422 in Amity Township in 2007. Its other stores are located in Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery counties.
