Bob Dylan and Joan Baez are portrayed by Timothée Chalamet and Monica Barbaro in "A Complete Unknown." The two folk singers met in the early '60s.

A Complete Unknown, to its credit, shows us that Baez has always been able to pierce the smoke and mirrors of Dylan’s lore-building.

Barbaro was not a trained singer or guitar player before being cast, but picked them up quickly as to not do a disservice to Baez's skills.
