The Buffett Beach Band, a premier Jimmy Buffett tribute act, will perform at The Texan in Athens on Friday, July 25.

Jimmy Buffett, who popularized beach bum soft rock and created a "Margaritaville" empire of restaurants and resorts, died Sept. 1, 2023, at 76.

Each child reportedly received $2 million upon Jimmy’s death. When Slagsvol dies, she can decide who will receive any remaining assets from among Buffett’s descendants and charities.
