I think a jigsaw does a pretty good job at cutting holes. The blades I use are 24 teeth per inch, which are supposed to be the best for cutting metal that's 1/16" inch thick or thinner.

For 80mm holes, you'll want it to be one of the "skinny" blades. 80mm holes are a little too tight for standard sized jigsaw blades.<P>Also, be patient with the jigsaw. Don't try to force it to cut.
