JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) - Police arrested a Jonesboro woman on 9 counts of animal cruelty after they found several newborn puppies thrown into a paint bucket.

Mischief charges against a Kitchener woman, who falsely reported that someone threw paint at her in 2018, have been stayed after she entered into a peace bond during a hearing earlier this month.
