The Coast Guard fired warning rounds and pepper balls at a boat that crossed into U.S. territory with no lights then attempted to flee off the coast of Imperial Beach on Saturday.

SAN DIEO (FOX 5/KUSI) — A crew with the United States Coast Guard San Diego sector intercepted a boat carrying three people near Imperial Beach on Saturday morning, officials confirmed.
