He said: “We have established the fact that the acquisition of the Circular Road was done in two phases; one in 2006, which is 150metres left and right and extended to 500 metres in 2018.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the 32.2km road is the South-East segment of the 110-km circular road, designed to encircle Ibadan, the state capital.
