So the difference between an ISO keyboard and the other type, the ANSI keyboard, is just a few keys. As far as I know all keyboard layouts can be used with either ANSI or ISO.

I use my laptops frequently outside home, don't want to lug around a keyboard. For a while, I had an ANSI-layout work laptop and an ISO-layout personal laptop. It was not fun for me.
