About a month after he took over the charge of Mohali’s Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), 2012-batch Punjab cadre IPS officer Sandeep Garg is tipped to be the new police chief of UT-Chandigarh.

A 2012 batch IPS officer, Sandeep Garg, was posted as new senior superintendent of police of Mohali, replacing SSP Vivek Sheel Soni, who has been appointed SSP Ropar, on Saturday.
