This is Wilwood PN 260-11179, an adjustable aftermarket proportioning valve. It's used to adjustably lower the amount of hydraulic pressure that gets sent to the rear brakes.

If the proportioning valves were set to 70 percent and the brake pressure set at a 1,000 pounds per square inch (psi) for the front brakes, the rear brakes would get 700 psi.
