You don’t need a ton of paper. After all, a full ream of paper is surprisingly heavy. Instead, I’d pack 100 sheets or something in an envelope, kind of as a “just incase” pile.

Remember that your results may vary. I've seen movers pack things that shouldn't be sent, and 99% of the time, it's no problem -- but the other 1% of the time, it's a big problem.
