In 1971 Sister Mary Agnes painted a version of ‘The Last Supper.’ It hung for many years in the hospital cafeteria. Staff moved it to storage when dining services moved to a new space.

The painting will be on display at the Peninsula Gallery until Aug. 15 to give the public a chance to see it and place bids. If it hasn’t sold by Aug. 15, it will go up for auction, Edward said.
