Typewise uses a honeycomb-style keyboard layout, designed specifically for smartphones. The developer says conventional keyboards result in around 1 in 5 words having a typo.

You can connect joysticks, track pads, keyboards and more. Also mentioned but not demonstrated in the keynote were improvements to the Honeycomb keyboard as well as improvement to copy/paste.
