Samuel Haskell was arrested around 11am yesterday and is being held on $2 million bail. The torso is believed to be his wife Mei Haskell's (pictured), who is missing.

In November 2023, Haskell was arrested and taken into custody after a woman's torso was found in a plastic bag inside a strip-mall dumpster in Encino, California.
