The US government has notified Harvard University that a federal investigation had found the school in violation of federal civil rights law for failing to protect Jewish students on campus from discrimination.

Harvard University is "in violent violation" of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, the federal government’s Task Force to Combat Anti-Semitism said in a Monday letter threatening to cut all the school's federal funding if changes aren't made.

In a letter to Harvard, the Trump administration threatens the university with "loss of all federal financial resources".
