The business uses between 300 and 400 barrels a year, obtained from local businesses, to build unique products.

"She wanted a half barrel wine rack that she's seen on Pinterest," Ed said. "I started doing stuff in the barn. Like, well, if I can make stuff and sell it, I can pay for tools in the barn.

The hobby quickly grew and eventually became a full-time job for the couple, building half- and full-barrel wine racks, serving pieces, clocks and more under the name Leisure Time Designs.
