The man, 47-year-old Elliot Barstow, was BASE jumping Sunday when his parachute failed to fully open. He hit a rock wall and fell 650 feet.

This guy did base jumping at different scenic landscapes. He jumped from cliffs with colorful parachutes, sometimes with another person too. He also dropped from a net that looked like a colorful web.

The Chelan County sheriff’s office said the 47-year-old man from Entiat died during a BASE jumping accident Sunday morning north of Wenatchee in the central part of the state.
