It's important to note that 9to5Gogole reports that this change isn't being seen throughout the entire product line and is only currently available in the beta version of the Google app.

While digging through the latest Google app beta release (version 16.24.66.sa.arm64 beta), we discovered a new animated Gemini logo featuring Google’s trademark colors.

The logo change appears to be limited to the 'G' icon used on mobile devices and the Google app. The update is already visible in the Google Search app for iOS and in beta on Android.
