The result is a gated estate community just northeast of St. Albert, bordered by Riverlot 56 protected natural area, the Sturgeon Valley Golf & Country Club, and the Sturgeon River valley.

However, a new gated community called the Club & Residences of River’s Gate is taking shape just northeast of St. Albert.
