Gas Monkey Icehouse is expected to open at 4545 Destination Drive, The Colony, on May 6, 2025. Dinner only from May 6 through May 14, 2025, then open lunch and dinner seven days a week.

The menu has a lot of crowd-pleasers like wings, burgers, chicken tenders and pizzas with some upscale twists. Flying Monkey Wings can be ordered "Richard's Way" tossed in Gas Monkey Skidmark Sauce.
