Service along the Metro Line LRT normally starts at 6 a.m. on weekdays. But service between Churchill and NAIT stations was paused until around 11 a.m. Thursday, an ETS spokesperson said.

DeSousa would like the metro extension to be complete by the time the Bois-Franc station opens, scheduled for the end of 2024. The transport minister was not available to comment.
