An Emmitsburg man was arrested Tuesday morning after allegedly threatening mass violence at a children's camp.

FREDERICK COUNTY — A man was arrested after allegedly threatening mass violence at a children’s camp held at Emmitsburg Elementary School, according to the Frederick County Sheriff’s Office.

Two Baltimore men were arrested after a traffic stop where a stolen, loaded handgun was found in their vehicle.
