The cheese on the Four Cheese pizza, a blend of mozzarella, Parmesan, Asiago, and Romano, was pretty neutral in flavor but melted evenly and covered the pizza well without overwhelming it.

The four cheese variety is indeed a classic, with a tasty blend of mozzarella, parmesan, asiago, and romano on top. As much as I love Italian cheese, the crust is the real star here.

The rectangular shape made the pizza fairly easy to eat, which I also liked. All in all, this pizza was delicious. The rising-crust four-cheese pizza seemed like it was going to be a bit overwhelming.

At the time of purchase, Target's Good & Gather Self-Rising Crust Four Cheese Pizza was $5.99, which was by far the most expensive frozen pizza out of the bunch (online prices may be slightly higher).

After rolling out dough, place in pizza pan, or for best results use pizza brick. Evenly spread sauce, and top with cheeses. Cook pizza for 15 to 18 minutes, until crust is done and cheese is melted.

Fortunately, as usual when trying a new pizza, I also made a tried and true pie, the four cheese pizza sans the blue cheese, so we had a three cheese pizza more or less on time.
