Forest Fair Village sits on 90 acres along Interstate 275. A portion of the mall is in Fairfield and Butler County, while the remainder is in Forest Park and Hamilton County.

The remainder of the property could become “mixed-use” in the future. Over the years, the property has also been referred to as Cincinnati Mills, Cincinnati Mall and Forest Fair Village.

Hillwood, the Texas-based buyer of Forest Fair Village, expects the forthcoming $100 million industrial park to attract up to 450 new jobs, the developer told Fairfield City Council.
