BOCA RATON, Fla. (CBS12) — An overturned car has closed the right lane on Florida's Turnpike north just before mile marker 77 in Boca Raton, according to Florida 511.

For essential personnel who are required to report it, travel with extreme caution and plan for extra travel time. Per Florida Highway Patrol, I-10 from mile marker 5 to mile marker 56 is CLOSED.

All lanes of Interstate 10 reopened at 3 p.m. from the Alabama-Florida state line to mile marker 70. The Florida Department of Transportation previously only opened I-10 westbound in the same area.
