To fast travel in Fallout 76, you must have previously discovered the location you want to fast travel to on foot. Then, you can open your map, select it, and confirm that you wish to travel to it.

Some Fallout 76 CAMP locations are hard to use, as there's often another Wastelander there if you use a common location. The best Fallout 76 CAMP locations are often imitated, but not duplicated.
