Marvel publishes Uncanny Spider-Man #1 and Amazing Spider-Man #33. One has an evil Spider-Man, the other a mutant everyone thinks is evil.

Perhaps the most notable evil Spider-Man is Venom (a.k.a. Eddie Brock). Originally a reporter, Brock becomes taken over by a symbiote discarded from Spider-Man's black suit.
