A hat has reportedly been found in the search for missing 33-year-old Sarah Everard. A passer-by found the cream wool hat similar to the one Ms Everard was wearing when she went missing on Wednesday.

The prosecutor said Ms Everard had visited a friend in the Clapham Junction area on March 3 and left at around 9pm to make the approximately 2.5-mile journey home.

9.15pm – Ms Everard is captured alone on CCTV at the junction of Bowood Road and the South Circular. 9.28pm – The next sighting is on Cavendish Road and she is still alone.
