VICKSBURG, Miss. (WMC) - Two places of business—Bob Tyler Fish Hatchery’s Visitor Education Center and the Law Enforcement North Region Office—have been affected by the Enid Lake water outage.

This comes after two other fishermen, Jian Wu Huang and Quiu M Huang, were fined for fined for more than $10,000 for illegal fish harvesting at Enid Lake Spillway, officials said.
