To me, knitting in the round is wonderful because it saves yarn and time. And, you don’t have to sew anything up. So far, my favorite bear pattern is “Yet Another Teddy Bear,” by Susan Dennis.
This was because it was a pattern for two bears knitted flat that you sew together and stuff. I am the sort of knitter who prefers to knit in the round and avoid as many seams as possible.
