An eagle feather is a symbol of change at the Lethbridge Courthouse. When people are asked to swear to tell the truth in court, they can now do so on a blessed eagle feather.

Feathers making up Evans' bustle were all numbered and placed in the same order they grew on the eagle. Each feather is placed inside a shaft and wrapped with embroidery thread.
