DSCA has begun to forecast and study probable requests to devise speedier responses, and is looking at streamlining the organization to lower costs in the foreign military sales (FMS) program.

Boeing Co said on Thursday it had named Heidi Grant, director of the U.S. Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA), as the vice president of business development.

That package is valued at approximately $150 million. DSCA said it has provided the necessary certifications for the sales and notified Congress as required.
